Several of my friends recently did a "Day in the Life of..." on their blogs. Since my everyday life is fairly boring, I decided to do my day, when I got a break to take a road trip! Once Calvin got home from being out of town for over three weeks (eek!), I hit the road with just my camera, deoderant, and a little cash. I had a blast, drove up to Taos, stayed the night in Santa Fe. The second day, I drove back through Madrid, and got a pic of where they filmed "Wild Hogs". I had a blast and felt like the carefree old KT again:)

How wonderful that Calvin gives you the opportunity to get away for mini-vacs when needed. He must have a great heart for the whole family to fill in when you need a break. What a great partner you have. You have been blessed.
